Who is responsible

CLOUDYSOFT LLC, which operates Atlas Agent, is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. Contact: atlasagent@aimagicmakers.com.

This policy applies to this website. It is written to meet Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to personal data, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for visitors in the European Union.

What we collect

• Booking a call: when you book through the Cal.com calendar, the details you enter (name, email address, and any answers to the booking questions such as your company or phone number) and the time slot you choose.
• Contacting us: the messages and contact details you send us by email or WhatsApp.
• Technical data: our host records what is needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of the request, in server logs.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Why we use it

• To reply to you and organise your free AI agent audit or demo: steps taken at your request before a possible contract.
• To run and secure the website: our legitimate interest in a working, safe site.
• To meet legal obligations, for example accounting records if you become a client.

Who receives it

Only the Atlas Agent team members who handle your request, and the service providers we use to run the site and bookings: Vercel Inc. (hosting) and Cal.com, Inc. (scheduling), plus our email provider. They act on our instructions or under their own privacy terms. We never sell personal data.

Transfers outside Morocco

Our hosting and scheduling providers may process data outside Morocco, including in the United States. We use providers that offer contractual safeguards for these transfers, and we apply the conditions set by law 09-08 and the GDPR.

How long we keep it

• Booking details and correspondence: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case they are kept for the length of the contract and any legal retention period.
• Server logs: kept by our host for a short period for security and operations.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access is limited to the people who need it.

Your rights

Under law 09-08 you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data and to object to its processing for legitimate reasons. Under the GDPR you also have the rights to restriction and portability, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise them, email atlasagent@aimagicmakers.com. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the CNDP (Commission nationale de contrôle de la protection des données à caractère personnel, www.cndp.ma) or to the data protection authority of your country.

Data handled by a deployed agent

This policy covers the website only. Personal data that an Atlas agent processes for a client (for example the client's customers or staff) is governed by the agreement with that client. In that case the client is the controller and we act on its instructions.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
